What happens if I forget my password for the PAYD® App or Moneris PAYDTM Administration?

From a computer you can log into Moneris PAYDTM Administration. Click on Forgot password? to reset the password. You will be emailed a temporary password to sign into Moneris PAYD Administration and will be prompted to change it.

You may also open the PAYD App on your device and click on the Forgot Password? link on the login screen. Please follow the prompts to answer any security questions.

Note: If you reset the password on your mobile device, you will need to use this new password also when logging into the PC-based Moneris PAYD Administration.
