What happens if I forget my User ID or Store ID?

If you have lost or forgotten your User ID or Store ID, please login to Merchant Direct® and send us a message indicating that you need a new ID.

Quick Tip: You can store your login credentials within the PAYD® App for faster future login.

Please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the PAYD App.
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Enter your PAYD Username.
  4. Enter your PAYD Store ID.
