If you have lost or forgotten your User ID or Store ID, please login to Merchant Direct® and send us a message indicating that you need a new ID.
Quick Tip: You can store your login credentials within the PAYD® App for faster future login.
Please follow these steps:
- Log in to the PAYD App.
- Select Settings.
- Enter your PAYD Username.
- Enter your PAYD Store ID.
