What do I do if I receive the following error message: "Login Failed. Please Try Again."?

  1. Try signing in again. Make sure that you pay careful attention to the way that you enter your User ID, Store ID and passwords. These fields are case sensitive.
  2. Note: If your device is setup to auto-capitalize the first word, it may be turning the first letter of your password into a capital letter when it should not. Take this into account when setting your phone settings and/or creating your password.

  3. If the authentication fails, use the Reset Password feature.
  4. If the problem persists, you may be using an expired version of the PAYD® App. Download and install the latest version of the PAYD App.
