I was interrupted while trying to activate and now am receiving an error that says "request could not be completed". What should I do?

This error message is generated for security reasons to ensure that an unauthorized person is not able to continue the activation process in your absence. Before being interrupted, you had completed the steps required to create your Username. You can use the Username/Password you selected to login to Moneris PAYDTM Administration. You will then be prompted to select and answer your security questions which will complete the activation process and allow you to start using PAYD®.
